About the role
As Content & Partnerships Manager your role will be reporting to a Director and working closely with colleagues and our strategic partners. In our small but mighty team, you will lead the charge with our various marketing efforts.
Our marketing is primarily a mix of content and partnerships. We have a clear strategy for each of these pillars but we need a dynamic and enthusiastic B2B marketer to help us execute them.
Content: Support our team of Designers, Developers, and Product Managers to whip up engaging, share-worthy content ideas across various platforms and execute captivating campaigns that spark conversation and build connection.
Social Audience Growth: Engage and grow our social media presence across LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram, fostering meaningful interactions and connections.
Blog Management: Curate and support our ‘thinking’ content, blending attention-grabbing thought leadership and irresistible interviews with industry leaders.
Case Studies: Collaborate with our team of experts to craft compelling stories to enrich our case studies library, showcasing our successes and innovations.
Newsletter Creation: Develop and nurture a regular but vibrant newsletter to deliver valuable insights, and company updates and encourage interest.
Website Updates: Enhance and maintain our very own agency website, ensuring it reflects our brand essence and values presenting us in our best light.
Partnerships: Build and strengthen relationships with our technology partners. Be the go-to person, making the relationships as fruitful as possible.
Co-Marketing Initiatives: Cultivate and expand our partnership network, fostering mutually beneficial relationships and pushing through co-marketing initiatives.
Event & Industry Representation: Represent Rotate° at industry events with the Leadership team, embodying our values and forging new connections. We’ll supply the merch.
Award Submissions & Company Recognition: Keep our trophy cabinet gleaming with outstanding award entries, showcasing our achievements and innovations.
You will have had at least 3+ years in a similar role, in sparking content ideas and managing everything required in a B2B marketing approach. We're seeking an individual who:
Has a positive client-facing personality with a great attitude and a natural ability to form and maintain prosperous relationships.
Understands and gets excited by B2B marketing, ideally with B2B service or tech marketing experience.
Understands an agency environment. Ideally coming from eCommerce, creative or digital agency.
Demonstrates a strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective content requirements.
Has experience and confidence in curating content in Content Management Systems (CMS).
Has the appetite and appreciation for brands we work with, as well as the creative and eCommerce world.
Has a great eye for detail, and ability to deliver to the exacting quality of work that aligns with our expectations.
Has exceptional writing, proofing and editing skills, with proven experience of delivering diverse content types.
Has exceptional organisational skills and an ability to work with others to exact deadlines.
A useful bonus would be having experience with organising and managing events.
Has basic proficiency in design tools; specifically Figma and Adobe CC.
We are looking for someone naturally curious. A team player, who possesses an unwavering passion for pushing boundaries. Our culture is a dynamic fusion of creativity and collaboration. We value:
Sensitivity to others - you are polite and considerate to clients and colleagues and understand that we’re all working toward the same goal.
Teamwork - you work collaboratively with colleagues and clients to achieve your goals, shunning individual heroism. You recognise the importance of our baseline standards and adhere to them.
Self-organising - you take responsibility for your own schedule and workload, knowing what's expected of you each week, and can confidently juggle multiple priorities.
Strong opinions lightly held - you speak up, but you’ll listen to critique with open ears.
Integrity - you establish clear commitments and expectations, doing what it takes to fulfil them.
Resilience and tenacity - you navigate through difficult situations and face challenges head-on, instead of waiting for others to solve them for you.
