The Pseudo Family are a global youth insights agency, boasting a network of over 2,500 members.

Unlike other insights agencies they pride themselves on the personal bond they have with their members. This approach helps them to obtain the highest quality of insights.

The Brief

The Pseudo Family wanted to say goodbye to PowerPoint and hello to a more dynamic solution.

The new solution had to allow team members to collaborate on reports from different global locations, at the same time.

In addition to this, the solution had to ensure brand consistency across each report generated.

We created 'The Machine': An online publishing tool consisting of 20 customisable modules.

Within each report the The Pseudo Family team could create dedicated issues, centered around specific subjects. Allowing them to effectively organise and deliver findings.


Understanding how The Pseudo Family’s clients consume reports lead us to a creating a multi-format solution. Not only was ‘The Machine’ built to perform well in a digital space, but also has the capabilities of producing offline reports, in PDF format, complete with dedicated print styling.


‘The Machine' has transformed the way The Pseudo Family present findings to their clients.

Since launch it’s been used to deliver reports to the likes of Nike, Under Armour and ASOS.
